Changing of the Seasons

This week marked the beginning of Spring. And Seneca fully agrees. When I come home and let her out over lunch she runs outside and hangs out on the deck facing the sun smelling the breezes. On our hike today she found all of the good smells had been uncovered with the snow melt. The creek was thawing and flowing again.

creek2and at my parents house, the crocuses are starting to peek out of the ground.

crocuswhile the forecast still calls for a few cold days, I think it’s fair to say spring has sprung.
